Privacy
Soulepreneur is run by Techguyver Labs LLC, a Delaware company. This page says what we collect and why. Last updated October 22, 2026.
What we collect
- Your email, when you sign up for my weekly signal, sign in, or become a member.
- How you use the site: pages viewed, the link that brought you here and buttons clicked. A first-party cookie with a random ID ties those visits together. We do not use advertising trackers.
- Session recordings: Microsoft Clarity records how pages are scrolled and clicked so we can fix what confuses people. Form fields are masked and never recorded. Turn it off with your browser's Global Privacy Control setting.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Why
To send you the emails you asked for, to run your membership, and to understand which essays help people so we can write better ones. We do not sell your data.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting and database), Microsoft Clarity (session recordings), Resend (sending email), Stripe (payments) and Slack (internal notifications to our team). Each receives only what it needs for its job.
Your choices
Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see or delete everything we hold about you, write to [email protected] and it is done within 30 days.
